Sound Meditation

Harmonise with Sound Frequencies

Incorporating sound meditation into leadership retreats, team events and group programmes offers the workforce an immersive experience and a restorative space to relax and let go, creating a harmonious bridge between the dynamics of ‘doing’ and the qualities of ‘being.’

This unique developmental experience bridges timeless tools, such as gongs and Himalayan singing bowls, into the contemporary world, creating a beautifully gentle experience, where the rhythmic sound frequencies enable participants to let go and create spaciousness. Its introspective nature encourages reflection contributing to better self-awareness and improved well-being, whilst fostering spaces for deeper thinking and creative problem-solving.

Shared sound meditation experiences also enhance team building, creating a sense of mindfulness, unity and connection.

Sound meditations use the connection between sound as vibration and the vibrational resonance interacting with the human body - sound travels through water five times more efficiently than air and the human body is composed of up to 70% water.

During a sound meditation, the gentle harmonic frequencies induce deep brain wave states that bring you into meditative states. In this state, the harmonics not only calm the brain, slowing down the heart and nervous system but also stimulate on a cellular level. Together they help to recalibrate the physical and emotional system and amplify intentions and awareness, with the additional benefit of leaving you feeling harmonised and restored.
